All GCBBBS staff and contractors with access to personal information obtained on GCBBBS Web sites are also bound to adhere to this policy as part of their contract with GCBBBS.

We also collect information to improve your website experience, enroll Big Brothers and Big Sisters and Littles, and enable you to make donations to GCBBBS.

We do not collect any personal information from users browsing our Web site. When you use the public areas of our Web site you are doing so anonymously. We do collect aggregate use information, such as the number of hits (visits) per page. We use aggregate data for internal and marketing purposes, but we don’t collect any personally identifying information.

 

From Our Clients, Donors and Other Customers

 

If while visiting our Web site you request information, you will be asked to provide certain information. In all cases this information is submitted voluntarily. When you enroll online to become a Big or Little, you give us your name, email address, and phone number. If you are under 13 years old, we ask you to have your parent or guardian enroll you, or you may call your local agency directly. BBBS will not share or sell a donor’s personal information with anyone else, nor send donor mailings on behalf of non-BBBS organizations.

 

Credit Card Account Information

 

We utilize secure transaction methods when collecting credit card information via PayPal over the Internet. Gulf Coast Big Brothers & Big Sisters, Inc. does not disclose credit card account information provided by our clients.

 

How can I update my contact information?

 

Please email us to indicate that you would want to change the contact information we have on file for you. Please email us from the email address we would have on file so we can verify ownership.
